we have installed TSPlus Version 10.50.11.19 on Windows Server 2016 and a problem with the Windows-Taskbar. Sometimes some users can not open the Windows taskbar (inlcude the Administrator) after few hours its working / or after restart. The taskbar lights up briefly but without function. After a restart its all normal ..

What connection method are you using ? Possibly this is related to RemoteApp in which case you should consider using standard RDP to solve this.

This issue may also occur because of power settings. Leaving a session unattended while the client or server goes to sleep will most likely lead to connection issues.
