Printing not working

We have a new client who can't print using the web portal / RemoteAPP login. The pdf renders on the server, he gets the "Please Wait" progress bar, then nothing happens. If I try it from my pc it works fine and I get the choose printer dialog. No one at their site can print because of this issue.
Can you please tell me how printing actually works and how the local print dialog is requested by the RemoteAPP client? Could there be a group policy on their domain blocking whatever the process is that you use to invoke the print dialog locally?

Good evening,
You indicate that the problem occurs on multiple client computers in the same physical site.
Local drives may not be visible on the server because of a GPO restriction. To validate this scenario, you can publish a Notepad if users use the TaskBar or Floatting Panel.
You run the Notepad and you open a file (File > Open). There you will see all the drives and you will be able to check if the client drives are visible and accessible.

Yes, it doesn't work for any employee connected to their corporate network.
Client drives are available to users. We are publishing a Windows 32 bit application that includes the ability to open Windows Explorer. Its one of the ways that clients can get files on to the server to save them into our application. They can copy and paste files from their local drives into Windows Explorer.
How does the ability to see client drives affect how the printing works? Can you give me more details on the printing and what might be blocking it please?

Is there any update on this please. I have a second client that may not be able to print. Please can you let me know how printing works and what needs to be open/unblocked to allow it to print?
