dear experts,

just recently one of our clients is switching/upgrading to using windows 10 Pro edition, immediately after he switched Operating System, he raised an issue. it is stated as the subject of this topic.

as a note, our setting on the client given executable, tsplus client using "seamless client" as in Preferred display mode.

here things I've tried so far with no result in solving the issue,
- Include the client's ts+ client in DEP
- made an exception on the firewall

please kindly advised what should I do or is there anything I could do to solve the problem?

Hello,

This error is related to the seamless client, please use a RemoteApp connection client instead to prevent this issue. Make also sure you updated to the latest release. You can also rename the ltaskbar.exe program into xltaskbar.exe located in C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop
However beware that once this is done, you will not be able to see your minimized application anymore.
