Bug: FloatingPanel and three monitors

Hello,
Youur Floating Panel (docking Panel on the right) will not hide, but move away to a monitor when the following conditions are met:
1. A user has 3 monitors.
2. The Center Monitor is made Primary
3. Secondary monitors are each to one side of the center one.
