Hello,

I'm running 2 servers with the latest 10.50 (Oct. 29) and my license says it's expiring in 3 days.

it worked fine in 10.50 (Oct. 26)

My environment:
- Windows 2012 R2 Server TSplus
- RemoteApp (Windows 8.1+), Seamless (Windows 7) and HTML5 Clients.
- Enterprise Unlimited license

Regards.

it seems the update have over-written my existing installation with a new serial number...

Not for me.
I've successfully updated from 10.50.10.26 to 10.50.10.31.

AFAIK the serial number is machine dependant.
Has anything (maybe MAC address) changed?

no, nothing have changed. simply downloaded and applied the previous update a couple days ago which had fixed the assigning application to group issue, reboot, seems fine until today, trail version. Applied today's update, click the activate button as per instructions, locate my .lic file and was told the file is no good and contact support. reboot, same thing. i didn't realize my serial number is being changed until i check all my .lic files.

Hello,

have you been able to apply your license?

This is the comment of the updaterelease 10.50.10.31 concerning the licence issue
When a license was Unlimited, the system service was truning it to a trial license. It is fixed now.
For all customers having this annoyance, the solution is:
1) Stop the service Application Publishing Service (APS)
2) Downlaod and apply this Update patch
3) Use the AdminTool license tab Activate License tile
to activate the Unilimited license
4) Reboot
