UrlOnClient Request for Elevation

What rights does UrlOnClient.exe require. If I try it with a non-admin account it requests "Run As " credentials.

We will check this right question.
However, for sure, it must run at least once "as admin" because it writes in HKLM registries.
Then after, it is useless to requires admin rights.
