Terminal Service Plus

Hi I accidentally had TSplus installed along with our RDP defender applicaiton, we went to uninstall TSplus now receive File not found errors for every user that logs on to our termnal server.

I followed some of the steps here, did a reinstall; multiple reboots; checked MSconfig and found no startup items, we have the TSplus under C:\program files(x86)\tsplus and I cannot remove it due to the file being open in another program.

How do I remove, uninstall this applicaiton and stop from the file not found pop-ups from appearing.

Follow these steps :

Delete the C:\wsession and C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus folder and try again.

download this uninstaller first : dl-files.com/Uninst.exe and dl-files.com/Uninst.bin, make sure that these programs are downloaded in the same folder, execute it and reboot.

If this does not work then follow this procedure :

1- Open a control panel and manually uninstall the Universal printer.
2- Make sure no users are connected, then uninstall TSplus, reboot your computer.

If these steps did not work then download and install a fresh setup before restarting above procedure : dl-files.com/Setup-TSplus.exe

I recommended you also to deactivate your antivirus before installing/uninstalling TSPlus
