black screen when using HTML5

hi i have a problem regarding my client remote via HTML5 web access and its black screen.
this happens every 2 days, what i did to solve the problem temporary is, i downloaded the update release, restarted the server then it will be running fine for 2 days, after that i have to repeat the steps again. this already happen since 2 weeks ago.

Hello,
This issue has been fixed with the current release 10.40. Update TSplus and refresh your browser before connecting again.

thx for the reply, as you can see on the screenshot I've updated to the latest update release, i did clear all browsing history & cache using google chrome or firefox, the problem still attempt.

Hello,
if you edit
www\software\html5\settings.js > W.ctraltdel = "all_button";
this will activate the top menu button for calling ctrl+alt+del
So when black issue occurs, what happens inside session when you click that button?
