error 404.0 on Preview of Look & Feel

I set up the Look & Feel in the Web Portal Design and clicked the Preview button but I got a HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found. Did I miss a step somewhere? Thanks.

Hello,

do you use third part server like IIS/Apache?
I ask because "HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found" is not Tsplus-webserver error code.
Check also what service you run on ports 80/443 (with netstat -anb)
