[SOLVED] The previous installation/upgrade was not completed?

How do i fix this i have tried to reboot the server but get the error again when running the update.

Can you please remove: C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\ reboot_required.dat
Doing so, you will be able to re-ru the Update Release patch.
