Can't use Remote Taskbar or FloatingPanel

Each time I create a new user he always get

the "MS REmote Desktop". No way to use Floating Panel or Remote Taskbar.

What is wrong with my configuration ?

Hello,

You cannot use the floating panel + the remote desktop + remote task bar simultaneously. You need to choose one of these three options.

If you cannot see your users and groups because your TSplus server is member of a domain, you will need to connect using a domain administrator account.
