TSPlus Destroys RDP Connectivity?

Hi All
I have a VM server in the cloud which I can only access with RDP. On this server is TSPlus which has now seemed to have gone south. When I log in with RDP the TSPlus program tries to launch. This is of course normal. But it cannot find the log.exe file. The error message returned is:
Windows cannot find "C:\program Files(X86)\TSPlus\UserDesktop\file\log.exe" Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again
And then it signs out. So I have a catch 22. I cannot get onto the server because TSPlus is trashing the RPD and the only way I can access the server is with RDP.
A nightmare.
Anyone ever seen this? How to fix? Any ideas?
Cheers
Andre
