Universal printer issues

Hello
We still have one issue with the universal printer driver I think.
I checked and doublechecked but for some reason I can't get an PDF preview anymore for any print we do.
In Web printing preferences the printer is set on "Display local preview" for remote app.
As far as I know there should be a folder under "C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\www\prints" with the name of the connected machine where PDF files are stored and pushed to the client.
However with our new server the subfolder still doesn't create itself.
we're working with a gateway portal on one server to end up on our application server.
Is it possible that I still need to open a port or do an internal portforwarding?
Any help is much apprecieted.
EDIT: Universal Printer print queue does accept the job but it "hangs" there saying "Paused - Printing - Restarting" on port UNIVERSALPORT:
EDIT: Could it be the Ghostscript PDF driver? On our old server we have CUSTPDF and have no issues (but I can't find this driver standalone). When I take another driver (xps) I have no issues. so I suppose the issue is related to the Ghostscript PDF.
