Universal Printer Preview Shows on Wrong Workstation

Hi
I have a customer using 4 workstations. They are all using the same Portable client which obviously uses the sames Windows User to login into the the TSPlus server. When they print a report using the Universal Printer the pdf preview does not open on the workstation that that printed the report. Instead it can pop-up on any of the 4 workstations. Is this normal as I have not seen this before even though I have other clients working this way.
This occurred on Windows Server 2016 64bit and TS Plus 10.30.5.23.
To solve the problem I had to create 4 Windows Users and create 4 portable clients each with their own Windows login. In the past I have tried to avoid creating multiple Windows users for the same customer because they are always changing users etc. so I just create the one portable client and allow multiple sessions. This way I am not constantly configuring users and security etc on the server. I just do it once and I am done.
Is this a bug and what is the recommended procedure.
