Printer configuration

Hi again, have an issue with a universal printer... the paper configuratio on tsplus server is A4 but from a remote app connection print on letter, landscape format. (tested all options on client generator...
have an idea to solve it?

Hello,
Open an admin tool, click on the server tile / Session opening preference. You will see various Universal Printer format options.
Select A4. Changes are effective once you logoff and on your session.

so sorry but this option is not available on my server 2016, ver 10.30.5.15 with universal printer V2... please see attached file.
can you hel me to solve it?

Hello,
Yes. We removed this setting because it is useless.
Now the format is the correct one automatically.
And of course you can change it using the standard Windows printer preferences options.

hi... we solve it chainging parameters on our application. from windows printer not work.
