Remote App Launched double

Hello,

We've 2 servers, server 1 is running 2008R2 and server 2 is running 2012R2. Both servers are updated to 10.30.5.8, and have configured to launch floating panel upon login. when users login, Remote App launched twice on server 1 but only once on server 2.

any idea how to fix this?

If you installed the latest update and generated a new connection client, could you delete the cache of previous client by following this procedure : http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs ... ted-client
