HTML5 Client some apps crash on start up

Hi All

Using the latest version of TS Plus when connecting via Html5 Client certain apps crash on start up, please see attached image, notepad opens fine, these apps also open fine through TS Plus remote desktop and Remote app (unfortunately Mac users cannot use Remote apps) and also opened fine with HTML5 client on an older version of TS Plus?

Hello,

This may mean that this application is started too soon when the logon process occurs in which case the solution is not to publish this application as a unique application but rather use the floating panel / remote taskbar or publish a full remote desktop.

We use Ts plus Taskbar, in this test this user has notepad and our software allocated, Notepad opens fine but our software has a dll error again only using a HTML 5 access.

Hello,

you would greatly help to find the problem if you either
A: provide admin access to your system and problematic application
or
B: we provide you admin access to our system so you install your application there (and hopefully the issue is then still reproducable)

We did upload a new release just few hours ago which is fixing startup issues.

Can you please download http://dl-files.com/UpdateRelease.exe
Apply it
Reboot

Most probably this will fix your problem.
However, I also recommend you to publish both the Floating Panel AND your application.
This will help you to identify what is happening. I do not believe that it is a "HTML5" question; the problem is elsewhere.
