Web Portal: Problems logging into RemoteApp

Hi everyone,

I have been using TSplus in the evaluation phase for a few days. My system is Windows 10 Pro (1704 Creators Update, german language) and TSplus is currently in 10.20.4.19.
I have problems with web access via RemoteApp. I can log on to the web portal with my Microsoft account. When I start an application from the application portal, RemoteApp window opens twice. In the first window, the user name or password is incorrect, in the other window, input fields for user name and password are displayed. With a local account however the registration works. In this case, two sessions are started, which can also be seen in the User Sessions in the AdminTool.

HTML5 works without problems with a Microsoft account. Remote Desktop itself also works with stored credentials.

Please, can anybody help?

I myself have researched again. The account problem is due to my password. The password can not contain hyphens (-). All other special characters work. This is incomprehensible but acceptable in the private environment. Nevertheless, if someone knows the problem.

The other problem is not. I get the same app twice opened. On the Sever in the AdminTool there are two sessions to my user and I find in the taskmanager two logonsession.exe.
Am I the only one who has this problem?

You are not alone.

I have this issue also and because of this I assume that I can't print either to universal printer.

All problems are related to 10.x.x.x. I installed the 9.90.2.20. I can use passwords with hyphens and the Remoteapp starts without problems. It also opens only one instance of the selected application.

It would be nice if these problems were fixed in the current version.
