With the latest version 9.90.2.20 and above

If more than one person logs in to the server with the same credentials then prints a document then the pdf will be displayed on any one of the logged in users and not the computer of the person who pressed print.

We are using the seamless client

John suggested that I turn on "All disconnected session will be terminated" which I have done however this is still happening.

We have 35+ users from one company all logging in to the server with the same credentials so this is a massive problem for us as we have 50+ companies doing the same.

You would need to change the PDF reader you are using for printing. This issue happens on some other software such as Open Office and is a bug on their end.

Hello,

Prefer the use of FoxIt pdf reader and install it on client side. If this issue persist you will need to use a different user account for each connections.
