Hi there,
We're experiencing issues with certain users when trying to connect into our TSPlus server. A user initially tried to connect and received a white screen, which disappears shortly after (10 seconds). Since re-creating their client and trying this on multiple other machines, the same issue has been occuring.
There have been no updates on either server or computers, and this was working yesterday. The only thing that has changed in the equation is the router (mirroring previous settings).
Any advise would help.

This should provide you some valuable information about the configuration of your client and will allow you to verify and eventually correct the address of the server, the port used, etc.
