Portable Client Generator Client Not Saving Credintials

I have a few work stations that will not save the server login credentials (especially the complex password), where should I fix this?

Could you tell me which version of TSplus are you using and which connection method ? If you can also provide me a complex password example I could probably reproduce this issue and fix it.
