RemoteApp problems

Hello, been a user of tsplus for a little over a month. I like it.

However, I am having a problem with remoteapp. User connect via the internet to a web page (good), then download the plug in (good), then they log in and see their applications. When they click on the icon for their it tries to connect to the application to launch as a remote app. I watch it show the connection box, shows about 5% or so, then I quickly see it flash something that says "signing out" and then it does nothing. The app is not launched.

Tell me please, how do I troubleshoot this.

I also have this working just fine on the same computer, same browser, using a different login to the server. We are using web credentials. The user that is working logs in as "administrator". The other one does not.

Are only administrators allow to launch remote apps?

Please tell me what step I am missing.

Hello,

This probably means that you need administrator right to launch your application. You should start by assigning the remote desktop application to this user and connect using a standard RDP client. Launching your application from a remote desktop session should reveal if I am right or not by displaying an error message that may not be displayed when connecting with RemoteApp.

Hello, I tried your suggestion and it did not work. I logged into the server using RDP and used the credentials of the user. It ran the program just fine. But via the website, I have to set the the web credentials to use "administrator" in order for the RemoteApp to launch.

I even tried a different user account that we part of the administrator group, but that did not do it. It has to be administrator.

Any other ideas?
