Hello,

I have the latest version of tsplus (9.90.2.20) in a Windows Server R2 and ~70 active users.
Having random crashes of svcr.exe from 0 to 3 times in a day in different users.
I have seen those error for many months and some crashes before with logonsession.exe, version: 8.40.0.0

When this error occurs the user get a black screen and not the assigned application. I can close the session with ctrl-alt-end.

Hello,

Open an admin tool, click on the licensing tile and click on "Current System audit". This will confirm that your TSplus server was updated successfully.

Everything (the 9 categories) have the green arrow of success.

Is it something else I can do ?

The problem is not only in the latest version is more then 4 months old.

Can you try the following:

I attach for you the 64 bits version of svcr.exe
So,

1) Rename svcr-x64.exe by svcr.exe
2) Remane the existing ones and copy the new one in C:\wsession and c:\programdata

Then, see if this fix the issue and let me know the result.

(no need to reboot or to logoff the users to do this action).

Hello,

OK. Please rollback to the 32 bits svcr.exe program.
It is better to use the standard one.

Can you download: http://dl-files.com/logonsession.bin
And replace the existing one in
C:\wsession
and
C:\programdata

I have rollback the svcr.exe to 32bit version
and replaced the logonsession.bin.
