				Windows Plugin doesn't connect

				The "Windows Connection Plugin Version 9.80.0.44" (Set-Remote Appclient.exe ) is unable to connect as a external software of a web browser. Isn´t there a newer version?

				Hello,
Are you using default communication port for remote connection (3389/443/80 TCP) or did you change these port ? Did you allow traffic on these ports on your firewalls and did you make the redirection rule to allow incoming traffic to your server ?

				Yes. It seams that the pluin is just for old windows, I will try. Everything works fine  with the google chrome fr html5, p.e.,   or a remoteapp, but this plugin doesn´t connect as a external software.

				Hello,
delete all cookies, after close browser, reopen browser, and retry again, but this time allow installation.

Make sure your browser or any security software is not preventing the execution of the client or try with a different browser.
