Hello TSPlus Community,
is it possible to use the local microphone in a TSPlus HTML5-Session?
If not, is this possible with the TSPlus-RDP-Client?
regards
Michael

Hello,
Yes bidirectional sound is supported by TSplus if you are using a jack microphone and check the sound box of the client generator. USB webcam are however less likely to be supported unless your TSplus server and client computer are using the same generation of Windows operating system. I would recommend some extended testing for this as redirecting sound can be bandwidth consuming and may show poor performance.
Redirecting USB devices can be tricky. First of all I would recommend you to use the same version of Windows on client and server side. All clients and servers must be 32 bits or 64 bits and not a mix of both as it can lead to device driver issues.
In any case make sure you have installed the latest version of RDP client on all computers to ensure the best compatibility. Some exotic devices will have better chances to be redirected with RDP 7 or 8.
Some devices have also specific procedures for installing in a Remote Desktop environment.
