AD Password / Web PW Plain Text

Hi guys,
we are testing TS Plus but there are 2 critical issues that i found in the system.
1. The Web credentials - is it possible to "hide" them that they are not saved in plain text
2. AD Connection - If i change my password, TS plus doesn't get it that i changed my AD password. I can't ask about 50 People for there Windows Password and enter that manually in the System...
Are there any ways to solve it ?
