Hi

We have customers using the portable client and now when they connect to the Windows 2012 R2 server will occasionally get a black screen. We have never seen this before. We are using TSPlus version 9.70.12.25.

In order to try and solve this problem I updated Java to the latest 64bit version but I still happens intermittently.

Also when you connect to the server the Windows Explorer is displayed then it goes away and the Windows desktop is shown. I am not sure why Windows Explorer is shown first.

Hello

also you use generated client then could you check please to press ctrl+alt+end and check if black screen session reacts on it?!

Generated client is not depending on Java in your case.

When I use CTRL+Alt+End the screen responds and displays logoff options. I simply logout and allow them to try logging in again. This problems happens multiple times per day on one of our servers but we do not the cause.

When I use CTRL+Alt+End the screen responds and displays logoff options.
That is good, install latest Tsplus January update and check if it gets fixed.
