Unable to select TSplus shell

Hello,

We have a problem with one of our TSplus installations. No remote connexion is working, the session open and then disconnect immediately. (except for new user account, if we create a new user, we are able to connect once only)

In Windows event log, we get the EventID 40 from "TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager" with the reason code 12.

In TSplus "Session Opening Preference", we are unable to select "Use TSplus shell when opening sessions"(as shown below).

We tried a complete uninstall with the Uninst.exe and deleting all remaining files. (No AV install on the server.)

We did a clean install, and the problem is still the same. (we are currently at version 9.60.12.5)

Thank you for greatly needed assistance.

The shell preference was disabled in 9.60: http://tsplus.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3881

But you can create a support ticket to get assistance with your problem - that's what I understand with reading other posts: http://tsplus.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3880

Hello,

The shell preference is disabled for unsupported operating systems which are Windows 2012 / Windows 10.
According to Microsoft, error 12 means :"The user logged off, disconnecting the session."

This may mean that the application you published is not supported for remote usage.
Make sure you assign a full remote desktop to your users or groups, and try again.
