I installed TSplus on a Win 10 Pro computer (including last updates Win10 Pro and TSplus). I tried 1000 things but Universal Printing does not work. Is not my first TSplus Installation... I found out the C: Drive Is not connected, but why #?@!

A few hours later...

The same client file...
"FW-See-extern.exe" C: Drive Is not connected Universal Printing does not work
rename to "FW-extern.exe" C: Drive Is connected Universal Printing does work #?@!

Hello,

Edit your connection client's setting with this procedure : http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs ... ted-client

Make sure that the -disk on switch is present. Click save and you're done.

Hi Olivier

The /clean parameter does not work in my case. after adding /clean at the end of target line nothing happens or shows after double clicking the shortcut.

What can be the reason.

Rajesh

I know this ability to change the settings. This is not the problem. I do not change the settings. If the file is "FW-See-extern.exe", it does not work. If I rename the same file to "FW-extern.exe" it works.
I'm assuming the two Hyphens "-" in the name are the problem. I do not think that this is a feature, that is a bug ;-)

now I'm confused. The rename alone does not fix the problem. I can solve the problem on a PC but with another the rename alone did not help.

If I start the EXE with /cleab Parameter then the drive C: connected and Univeral Printer works. Even with computers that have never started TSplus.

Hello,

Why don't you simply create a new connection setting with a new name and correct settings ?

The problem is not the settings! The settings are correct. In the last case I have sent the EXE file to a customer and can not print it. Drive C: is not connected. I ran parameter /clean, and then it worked. The customer has never started a TSplus client before. I have no idea what this can be. Tomorrow I try again from another PC to replicate the problem.

Dear HammeR

The /? and /clean switches are still not working . I have tried everything.

When I use switch /? , It shows "Remote Desktop Possible Parameter" Windows and there after "Remote Desktop Workstation Setting" Windows also pop up. After this when I click on "YES" , nothing happens. It does not show "Changing the connection settings of this local workstation" windows.

Same thing in case of /clean switch. When I double click the shortcut nothing happens.

I have also tried to run the shortcut as "Run it as Administrator".

In your message you have mentioned that "Make sure that the -disk on switch is present". What does It means.

I am following all instructions given at http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs ... ted-client.
