Remote Taskbar

is there a posibillity that the remote taskbar is alwasy on the top (not overlaped from applicationwindows?)

Yes, this is possible. Open an admin tool, go to the application tile, click on "Customize taskbar" and check the "Do not overlap the blue or grey taskbar" box. Changes will be effective after your user logs off his session and opens a new session.
