it always show remote dekstop mode when i use tsplus application created by portable client generator

Hi all, before i activate the tsplus license, i can see the floating panel when i use tsplus application created by portable client generator. but after i activated the license, i always see in remote desktop mode even i create new user account and check all the tsplus setting. Can anyone help me?

Have you assigned only floating panel to the user?

I had assign floating panel to user in tsplus but when i use application to login, it still give me remote desktop mode...totally no idea how to solve.....

Hello,
Make sure you did not assign the remote desktop application to a group or to this user as this application as priority over others. If the issue persist I recommend you to apply the latest update.
