Font replacement in Universal Printer

Hello,
I found out that in the font replacement table for the Universal Printer the font Arial is replaced by Helvetica.
Helvetica is not installed at our Windows clients and the font Arrial Narrow will be replaced by something else which looks bold.
The replacement setting for the printer is greyed and I can't change it.
Is there another possibility to change this behaviour?
