Hi Tsplus Team.
Recently , I have purchased 10 user mobile web edition license from India in different brand (not tsplus) and have following questions.
- Can I get the support from TSPLUS directly in case of need i.e. Technical Support or License Key in case of any problem in server in future.
- My current version is 8.40. What is the procedure to update to latest release 9.50. I just need to download and run update release. My support license is active. Please guide.
- Is the latest release 9.50 is stable without any bug or problem.

Hello,
Yes, you can download and install the update even if you installed a different brand of TSplus : :
http://dl-files.com/data/UpdateRelease.exe
Make sure no users are logged in before installing this update, you can check for remote users by launching a task manager and clicking on the users tab. Disabling your anti virus is also recommended.
A reboot will be required.

Thanks for your message. Will try update as per your suggestion.
Please also answer about my other question. Can I get support directly from TSPLUS in case of any problem or issuance of new License Key in case of format of server or change of server. What information I need to send to TSPLUS for this.
My support license is active, further I will make the fees of Support License directly to TSPLUS.

Hi Olivier
I have run the update release as per your instructions and it has got updated to release 9.50.10.9. Kindly advise this is the latest updated version.
- After installing the update my support license date has been changed to today's date i.e. 26/10/16. What can be the reason for this.
- There is cross on "HTML5 web pages are not installed". How to rectify it. This problem was there too before running update. Please also advise what is the use of these HTML5 installed pages. As without this too, I am able to access the application from browser.

Hi Rajesh,
Yes, 9.50.10.9 is the latest version.
About the license date change, this probably has something to do with a change in December, which fixed a lot of problems with licenses becoming out of date when updating. You need to create a support ticket
http://support.tsplus.net/ to get a fixed license.
Do you have a license that allows HTML5? If yes, then it might just be you're running Java 32bit - remove that and install Java 64bit.
Olivier might reply with more details.

Hello,
Your support may need to be reactivated if the end period appears to be incorrect. Your support.lic file should be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files and can be reactivated in the licensing tile of the admin tool.

If this issue persist, please contact your reseller and provide them with the following information so that they can provide you with a new support file :
- purchase order
- serial number located in the licensing tile of the admin tool.
Verify your license status in the license tile, the web feature is activated with Mobile and Enterprise edition of TSplus. If that is already the case, this may mean that the update process did not perform correctly. In this case, re apply the update with the procedure I provided you earlier and reboot.
