Windows Server 2012 100 cpu

We are testing TSplus ver 9.5 in a Windows server 2012 R2 and the Cpu get 100% with the logonssesion to high consume of CPU even with one or two users, please this an important project could you please to help me.

Is it constantly running at 100% or just when users are logging in/out? Do you run any antivirus?

The cpu is usually near to 100%, so the session not work normal, when a new user log in take a lot of time to show the session. There is not antivirus, this machine is in a private are, there is not access to internet Whay do you suggest?

Hello,

uninstall java and delete the java folder located in C:\Program Files x86\ and C:\ProgramData (this is a hidden folder) then reinstall java 64 bits on the server.

If this problem persist, please open a support ticket and provide us an access to your server so that we can investigate further.
