Windows 10 anniversary update causing problems???

Hello All
I have a clients PC that has just been updated the other day.
All connections now initiate but then fail once connected.
I have since excluded all Antivirus paths.
Added ports to Firewall and now completely disabled Firewall.
I have updated to latest TSplus Bulid.
Since updating to latest build connection is failing even more?
I could use a RemoteApp EXE externally and connect and get a green background once connected, but now it I just get a black screen and no connection. After timeout it just drops. This also happens attempting to run the RemoteApp EXE to loacl IPs 192.168.0.10:81 and 127.0.0.1:81.
The WebBased clientless connection gets further and actually connects. It loads my Floating Panel on the left-hand side OK but there is ZERO function and we are unable to click any items in the browser?! We cannot even logged off. The only way to disconnect is to exit page.
Help will be greatly appreciated. Desperate!
