Terminal Service Plus

I updated to ver 9.50.9.22 from ver 9.4 and now when a customer uses the webdownload.exe they only see their desktop. Previously they saw their desktop, downloads and I believe documents. Was this changed in 9.5? Is there a setting that will enable users to see their downloads folder?

AdminTool > Web > Web Portal Preferences > section "Upload/Download destination preference" > Set it to Custom with %UserProfile%\Downloads

If you want them to access Desktop, Documents and other of their locations too, then set it to %UserProfile%

This was changed as a security precaution.

Thank-you for your reply pointing me in the right direction.

It worked correctly on one server but on another server is shows both hard drives (C:, D:). The servers are both the same running Windows 2012 Standard and the same version of TSPlus.

I think I know the cause. The download link on the second server points to "d:\downloads" not to the normal folder in the user's profile.
