TSplus shaking and jumping version 9.40.8.31
Hello,
I use TSplus latest version 9.40.8.31 on a server with Windows Server 2012 R2 updated, and yesterday 01.09.2016 around 13:00 the user began to report that the system began to shake the screen, blinking endlessly without conditions of use.
Currently users access the system using RemoteApp TSplus, the problem in question just does not occur when users access the system / server by Microsoft Mstsc.exe, you access the server by TSplus generator being RemoteApp it or not the problem appears .
I recorded a video of the problem, and I went up on youtube for better viewing, the link is below.

Re: TSplus shaking and jumping version 9.40.8.31
Hi,
I have the same strange issues here after updating. Screens are blinking in a strange way and sometimes
my programs hang or I'm thrown out.
Is it handy to install an earlier version ????

Aad Gouka

Hello,
Installing a previous version will not influence this behavior.
The Windows task manager seem to be responsible for this issue when connecting from a RemoteApp client.
- Tell them to set the View option of the task manager of the "Update Speed" to "Paused".
This will immediately suppress the blinking annoyance
or
- Tell them to close any tasmmanager.exe running process
This will immediately suppress the blinking annoyance
or
- Advice them to download Process Explorer and to use it as the alternative to Task Manager
Process Explorer is not suffering from this annoying blinking side effect on other applications.
If this does not solve your issue, please open a support ticket and provide us with as much information as possible so that we can reproduce this issue or provide us with an access to your server so that we can help you directly.

Re: TSplus shaking and jumping version 9.40.8.31
Hi,
It is not a RemoteApp problem, because we don't use that. We use HTML5 and the TSPlus client.
I paused the Taskmanger but that did not help.
We have the same problem on another server. Proces Explorer is already installed there.
If you want I can give you a link to one of our servers and give you instructions to reproduce
the problem.
Best regards,
Aad Gouka

I have exactly the same problem.
If any of you can solve it, I'll be apreciate to share the solution.
I'm still looking for a solution in a virtual enviroment.
Good luck

Hello,
Received by TSplus support email the same instructions mentioned by Admin, most did not solve my problem.

Re: temporarely solved.
I downgraded TSPlus to version 9.40.7.5.
This is the first older version, that does not have the problem so it's typical for the last updates.
My hunch was correct. No Taskmanager etc. etc. problem.
Sorry to say, but I think TSPlus releases it's updates to quickly without proper testing.
This costed us a lot of time today, not to speak about worried clients and their support calls.
It's nice to have new features, but not if it means that we have to shiver to install them and
keep our fingers crossed.
