Dear TSPLUS Mobile Edition on Windows 2012 Server,
When using check boxes with windows forms the mouse click ( or touch ) must be held down "very slowly" or the box will not check/uncheck.
The same issue is present using a windows desktop or a mobile device.
This behavior is not present using regular windows remote desktop with the identical windows forms.
We have already tried changing the mouse click speed in the control panel.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can anyone suggest something here - We are out of ideas.

In order to check a checkbox we have to click down - then wait one whole second and release and it works.
Anything shorter than one whole second does not generate the event.
Help!

Hello,

Does this issue occurs only on a specific application or for all applications including Windows explorer for example ? I would need to know more about your environment to be able to reproduce this issue and help you troubleshoot it.

If this issue is specific to one application I recommend you to contact the software editor about this.

The issue is occurring while using a desktop application containing Windows Forms compiled with Visual Studio 2015.
Your help is appreciated. The issue does not occur using regular remote desktop on the same machine.
Please give me your ideas to resolve this.
