RemoteApp Issues

We are having an issue with applications published through the RemoteApp Client. Whenever the published application opens a new window, it is loaded behind the main window leading users to believe the application is frozen. If we instead have the users login through RDP client it loads the windows properly. We haven't experienced this before but it is now happening at two different sites. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You're not saying which Windows version you're running on, nor application - or TSplus, but have you tried some of the hotfixes?

Some say it's a problem between 2012R2 and W7, and can be resolved by disabling RemoteFX - others say just update RDP on W7 to version 8.
