keytool.exe not found in 9.40.8.4

I can't manage the letsencrypt certificate - it says can't find keytool.exe, but using Process Monitor it's only looking in C:\keytool.exe
I'm using Java 8.101 64bit on 2012R2. The certificate manager was working fine about two weeks ago, when I last checked.

PS. Thanks for not resetting the GPO anymore, but I still need to re-save settings after upgrade in Web > Web Portal Design to keep the background I've chosen.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us. It looks like our work to plan for Java upcoming version (Java 9) did cause some regression.

Could you please download http://dl-files.com/FreeCertificateManager.bin and copy it on your server in "C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\USerDesktop\files"?
This should fix your issue - please confirm so we can integrate this fix in our next release.
