Unable to print to 'Universal Printer'

Hello,

Recently our users have not been able to print to the 'Universal Printer' in order to print to their local redirected printer. I deleted and re-added the 'Universal Printer' but when I send a print job to it it doesn't popup to select a printer.

I generated the client accordingly but no luck. PLEASE HELP!

Which version of TSplus and which Windows version?
And when you say "deleted and re-added" do you mean "uninstalled and re-installed" with the setup? If no, then download and re-install http://dl-files.com/Setup-UniversalPrinter.exe
Do you see any errors in the event log?

I had edited the default domain gpo to enable applocker to prevent certain applications from being opened by a certain ad group, by doing this it blocked access to the universal printer for some reason (god knows why) luckily I had made a backup of the original gpo, I applied it and it started working so yea it was GPO.
