how to change location for program button in the bottom right

Hi ,
I'm actually a reseller.
Can i ask how to move the program button from the right to left is it posible ??

Could you tell us a bit more about this program button. Knowing what connection method and what application is published could help me understand.

i use steamless client and actually the program button is refer to the program that i minimized

It does note MOVE but REMOVE, what in my case was necessary.
