After 25 users, no more users can login

Has anyone seen this issue before?

I have had 25 users logged into my server, all via HTML5. The 26th user tries to login, the screen just goes black for approx 60 seconds, then 'Your online security is important to us....".. then black screen for another 60 seconds, then back to the 'your online...' message, it just loops over and over.

It doesn't seem to be locking the account out, but you never see the users trying to connect via task manager - users tab. So TSPLUS is rejecting the conections. tried from 3 different locations, it's not the machines, it appears to be number of users as it works great until we get between 20 -25 user mark, then it starts doing this...

Has anyone else experienced this issue??? Any ideas??

Version 9.30.6.8 on windows 2008 r2 server

Please note - I am getting the same results, the black screen loop, even if using the wrong creditentials. It is something with TSPLUS/HTML5 authentication process. I need someone to PLEASE TRY SOMETHING! I am getting NO response from support... I have provided an admin login in my support ticket. I need someone to help fix this issue ASAP! I'm about to loose some customers over this issue, NOT HAPPY!

More specifically, it's a problem with HTML5.

I can currently use Remote Desktop to connect with a test account and it logs in. HTML5 will just give me the blank black screen and loop.

Hello Brian,

still experiencing it? Can you provide webserver\weblog.txt when this issue happens?
There was no ticket assigned to me, so either helpdesk missed it or something else.
So it will be surely faster processed if you send it directly to me.

Update: I saw the ticket status "closed", but have no access to it, contacted our help desk. Would like to know, if it was solved or is just part of internal processing. By 25 users hard to believe on "out of memory" case.

Hello Juergen,

I believe this issue has been fixed by reinstalling Java with this procedure :

1) Remove tour current installed Java 32 bits version
2) After uninstall, remove the reminding C:\Program Files (x86)\Java folder and in C:\ProgramData (hidden folder)
3) Download from Oracle site the Java 64 bits offline installation package
4) Install it
5) Restart the TSplus web servers

I also recommend to disable the WMI windows service which is known to slow down performance.

Hi JW,

Yes, it was resolved with the re-install of Java. I was posting on here as well as support ticket, as it was an urgent matter at that point. I can't belive i missed that one!!
