Issue with HTML5 Client ONLY

Hello,

I am a long standing customer and about week back added a new license. I am having an issue with the new server for ONLY the HTML5 client.

I built the server as I always do. I cloned a production server (XEN Guest), renamed the host, put on a new license, and done.

The issue I am having is when I log off from the HTML5 client, it is removing all the files/folders under the users Network Roaming Profile folder. In my case h:\AppData\*.

I have done extensive testing and found it happens when the HTML5 client logs off. I have TESTED the RDP which is what I always used in the past and this does not happen as expected. I think this is a defect. This is the first time we are using the HTML5 client.

There is a support ticket opened Ticket #8777305. I have not heard back in days and I need to get someone to look at it and find me a solution. I keep updating the ticket and get no response.

Please READ the entire ticket. I also added tech notes from Microsoft.

Any help you can give me is always appreciated. We really like your software and expect to do much more in the future.

Hello,

This bug is fixed in our 9.40 version, which is currently in beta and will be released on monday.

I have answered your ticket directly with a link to download the patch.
