Transfer TSPlus to new computer

Hi,
I am attempting to move TSPlus (10 user) from an old to new server. I emailed support and was told I had to purchase a new support contract in order to do this which I have done. I then provided all requested details to support and they sent me back a 3 user licence! Now nobody from support will reply to my emails. Can someone please get in touch to resolve this as I currently have a very unhappy customer!
