Problem to Export files to word enable only one application

hello good morning of mexico, i need help you for one problem presented in my work, i have TSPlus Ver 7.70 and i have enable section application for only view one program througth RDP , sometimes one user is conecto to remote desktop and i have select only one application for view in my server (its a ERP of bussiness), when i do export document to MS word the application send me the next mesage "MS word can not ending of save the document to cause of a error in premissions file."

when i disable the application of TSPlus and premit all users one conection and view the window desktop an again export througth ERP one file to word, yes permit these, i suppose that problem provide of TSPlus when is activate selct application.

someone else have this ploblem and can say me how solution, this begin the last week.

The error you mentioned is due to a permission issue, meaning that the file you are trying to save is located in folder the user does not have write access. Make sure the file you trying to save is located in the profile of the user or in a folder with sufficient rights. This can be done by right clicking on the folder and go the security tab, then add your users / groups with write access.

Regarding Office, you may need to open a session once with a full remote desktop to initialize your Office settings properly. Once this is done, you can assign your office application or your ERP as a unique application and / or use the floating panel / remote taskbar to display a list of applications.
