Increasing Memory usage in GetUserList and orphan Icons

We have a problem with one of our TSPlus installations. I only have remote access to this machine via TeamViewer. Version 8.20.4.19 on Windows 7 Professional.
GetUserList.exe begins to use more and more memory, until we have to kill it off. It has got up to 2.5GB.
At the same time, we get more and more TSPlus icons in the system tray - see the attached photo. It's as though a process was starting and then crashing.
We don't see this on other installations. On our machine in house I don't see it running, and on a version 9 machine I just checked it's not running either.
The machine starts up, there is one other user logged on apart from the console user. No other logons or logoffs occur.
What is causing this? How can we stop GetUserList from eating memory and icons from filling the system tray?
