Terminal Service Plus

I have in my domain usernames with german umlaute (ö,ü,ä).

With these username a Login is not possible. I have tested it with an other user and changed it to have such an character in the Name. No Login was possible. Then I deleted this character and the Login works.

Is there any Setting I can configure or do I have to rename the useraccount?
