TSPlus session freeze 10-15 minute in log on

We are using TSPlus 3 years.Everything is OK.But now we installed tsplus to Windows Server 2012 R2.
After this TSplus log on process began freezing.We are waiting at every log in 10-15 even 30 minutes.Welcome gif freezes in 40 %.
But Windows Terminal services is OK.And server has high recourse.
Please help

We had a similar issue, but added the following to the login script

start explorer.exe

This work around seemed to fix the issue for us. Not sure if it is the same problem your facing though.

Hello,

What connection method are you using and what application are you publishing ?

Could you try the following :

- Assign the remote desktop application to one user.
- Open a session with a classic rdp client.

A slow logon is often due to either logon script that mounting network resource or process being launched at logon. You should be able identify the guilty process in the task manager / process tab and sort process by users.
