Windows 10 take a long to log-off

probably this problem has nothing to do with TSPlus, I try to ask this community for a possible suggestion.

We are using TSPlus (08.40) on a Windows 10 machine.

When remote user are logging off, system takes a long time to log-off: users are shown the disconnect in progress message (see the attached screenshot).

Is there any suggestion to solve this issue, meaning making the user logoff faster ?

Hello,

This means a process is taking a longer time than expected to end before the session is actually closing.

On your TSplus server console, open a task manager, sort processes by users and have your remote user logoff his / her session. Doing so, you should be able to identify the guilty process which is slowing down your logoff.

thanks for the suggestions, but this problem of long log off by user using Remote session served by TSPlus on a Windows 10 is still present.

I got the occasion to see live this problem reported by one user, I did what you have suggested but noted (apparently) nothing strange.

In the screenshot here attached I posted the processes while user was disconnecting.

In this case disconnect took about 3 minutes.

If you have some suggestions, it will be appreciated.
